OUR background

Everlasting Moments was established by Sam Dorrington, a qualified graphic designer by trade, Sam first got involved in photography whilst covering it on his ND course in visual design when at college.

Since then Sam has further developed his photographic skills having worked with and alongside many editorial photographers for over 8 years in the commercial publishing industry.

Naturally, design and photography go hand in hand - both being artistic mediums that require a creative eye as well as a firm technical knowledge.

Having been commissioned to photograph both family and friends weddings in the past, and receiving fantastic testimonies, he was firmly encouraged to pursue a potential career in wedding photography.

As a result Sam then enrolled and completed a specialist Wedding Photography course held by a licentiate of the British Institute of Professional Photographers and the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers.

It was then that Everlasting Moments Photography was born...

Sam now successfully runs Everlasting Moments in a full time capacity, photographing both Weddings and Portraits as his specialist areas.

He also runs his own Graphic Design company, SD Design.

Sam firmly believes in providing his clients with the pictures that 'they' want. He always works to their brief, and is committed to capturing the images that they desire.

Sam is a very relaxed person, and gets on with everyone. This is reflected in his testimonials, and as he believes is also reflected in his photography - making the clients feel relaxed and totally comfortable around the photographer is paraount in achieving fantastic pictures.

OUR EQUIPMENT

Sam uses the 21.1MP full-framed Canon 5D MkII camera for all of his work. It is a favoured choice of many professional wedding and studio photographers as it offers superb high ISO performance in low lighting conditions.

We only shoot in digital - we do NOT use film.
